Finbo ("App") is a personal finance tracking application developed by Mehmet Eraslan. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

2. Data We Collect

• Account Information: Email address, name (when signing in with Apple or Google)
• Financial Data: Income, expenses, portfolio data, receipt images (all user-entered data)
• Device Information: Push notification token, device type (for sending notifications)

3. How We Use Data

• Providing app functionality (transaction recording, portfolio tracking, receipt scanning)
• Sending notifications (financial reminders)
• Improving app performance

4. Data Storage

Your data is securely stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL). All data transfers are encrypted with SSL/TLS. Receipt images are stored in Supabase Storage and are only accessible by your account.

5. Third-Party Services

• Supabase: Database and authentication
• Google AdMob: Advertising (free plan only)
• RevenueCat: Subscription management
• Google Gemini: Receipt scanning (OCR) — images are not stored after processing
• Apple / Google Sign In: Authentication

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Data is only processed through the service providers listed above for the sole purpose of providing app functionality.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data including transactions, portfolio data, and receipt images. You can also request data deletion by emailing me@mehmeteraslan.com.

8. Children's Privacy

Our app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from this age group. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification or by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.
