How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Finbo > Cancel. Your Premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my data?

In the app: Settings > Account > Delete Account. All your data will be permanently deleted including transactions, portfolio data, and receipt images.

Receipt scanning is not working?

Make sure camera permission is granted (Settings > Finbo > Camera). The receipt should be clear and legible. Ensure good lighting for best results.

How often are portfolio prices updated?

Market prices are automatically updated every 5 minutes while the app is open. Pull down on the portfolio screen to refresh manually.

Can I use Finbo on multiple devices?

Yes. Sign in with the same Apple or Google account on all your devices to access your data everywhere.

Which countries are supported?

Finbo supports Turkey, United States, Germany, United Kingdom, and France with country-specific tax calculators, currencies, and market data.
