1. Acceptance

By using the Finbo application, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Finbo is a mobile application designed to track personal and business finances. It offers income/expense tracking, investment portfolio management, AI-powered receipt scanning, and financial reporting features.

3. Accounts

• A valid email address or Apple/Google account is required to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You can delete your account at any time through the app settings
• One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted

4. Subscriptions

• Finbo Pro Monthly: $4.99/month (includes 7-day free trial)
• Finbo Pro Yearly: $39.99/year
• Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store
• Auto-renewal continues unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can cancel anytime via Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

5. Free Plan Limits

• 20 receipt scans per month
• 10 portfolio assets
• 5 recurring entries
• 2 savings goals
• 3 debts
• 5 subscriptions
• Ads are displayed

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the app for illegal purposes, to violate the rights of others, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Finbo is not a financial advisory service. All data in the app is for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Market prices may be delayed or contain errors. We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from the use of this app.

8. Intellectual Property

The Finbo app, including its design, code, and content, is the property of Mehmet Eraslan. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app settings.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms with prior notice. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
